Shipping/Return Policy


All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail either 1st or 2nd class, depending on your choosing.

Please note that we will not be liable for missing or delayed packages. We aim to prep, pack, and ship your order within 1-2 days, once it has been processed. All orders are sent with a tracking number, however, due to COVID-19, some local sorting offices are still experiencing backlogs which can delay your package arriving on time.

Please allow 3-5 working business days for arrival, once your order has been shipped. 

We are not responsible for any damage after your parcel has left

the Post Office. But we will do everything within our power to rectify a situation, should it occur.


Should there be any mistakes or changes to your order, address, or email address please contact us straight away and we will try to rectify this within the processing time.


Please be careful when ordering as due to current circumstances regarding COVID-19 and maintaining the safety of our customers, we cannot accept refunds or returns. If there is an issue or any concerns with your order, please email us at with attached photos your order number, proof of purchase, and name and address within 7 days of receiving and we will do our utmost to find a solution for you.
